She has extensive experience in project designing and management in the core areas of Gender Equality and Social Inclusion mostly focused on GBV Prevention and Response. She has worked with various development partners such as the UNFPA, AmplifyChange and National/Local NGO’s. She is an APMG certified Project Management for Development Professional.

He has been working in collaboration with scientists from Australia, USA, UK, Korea, and China. Since 2016, he has been working in Nepal in different capacities as a consultant in agri-business, genetic resources management, handling agriculture value chain, agri-marketing, and training.

He has been working as a humanitarian worker since 2009. He has got hands-on experience in disaster risk management, climate change adaptation. He has acquired good skills as a trainer/facilitator on capacity development on DiDRR and Comprehensive Safe School. Apart from this, he has also developed the DRR Policy and Strategic plan, LDRMP, LAPA, LDCRP, DPRP, and EPRP for a couple of municipalities. He has worked in several School-Based and Community Based DRR and Climate Change projects and livelihood projects. He has also developed training manual on DiDRR and Community Based Disaster Management.
