Dr. Paudel acquires more than 20 years of experience in the construction supervision and contract management area. He has provided his expert services to the World Bank, Asian Development Bank. He was also involved in technical audit, project evaluation, and monitoring of many Government and Non-Governmental organizations.

She is a service-focused social worker, graduate of gender studies with a solid experience of more than 12 years in the GBV programming. She has extensive experience in project designing and management in the core areas of Gender Equality and Social Inclusion mostly focused on GBV Prevention and Response. She has worked with various development partners such as the UNFPA, AmplifyChange and National/Local NGO’s. She is an APMG certified Project Management for Development Professional.

He has more than 15 years of experience and is Senior Monitoring Evaluation, Research and Learning Expert and  Capacity Development Specialist in a wide range of sectors such as eco-tourism, rural development, water, and sanitation, countering human trafficking, Technical Education and Vocational Training (TEVT), Private Sector Engagement, Social Marketing, NGO management, Governance and peace-building, natural resource management, migration, and youth, etc.

Dr. Rizal is an agriculture scientist with research experiences in national and international institutions in Nepal, Japan, and the Philippines. He has been working in collaboration with scientists from Australia, USA, UK, Korea, and China.  Since 2016, he has been working in Nepal in different capacities as a consultant in agri-business, genetic resources management, handling agriculture value chain, agri-marketing, and training.

Mr. Nepal holds double degree with first division in Rural Development and management. He has over 2 decades of experience on empowerment, livelihood and market development. Mr. Nepal has provided his expertise service to the National and International I/NGOs and consulting organizations. He has ample of knowledge on program planning, implementation and monitoring evaluation, capacity enhancement training events and field studies using different tools and methodology.

He is a vibrant enthusiastic professional with nearly 20 years of experience working for different projects funded by ADB, BGWS, and different International Non-Governmental Organization. He is a PhD Scholar (Sociology) at TU. He is excellent in coordination and have strong connection with with donors, development organizations and experts.

technical lead - disaster risk reduction (DRR)

He has been working as a humanitarian worker since 2009. He has got hands-on experience in disaster risk management, climate change adaptation. He has acquired good skills as a trainer/facilitator on capacity development on DiDRR and Comprehensive Safe School. Apart from this, he has also developed the DRR Policy and Strategic plan, LDRMP, LAPA, LDCRP, DPRP, and EPRP for a couple of municipalities. He has worked in several School-Based and Community Based DRR and Climate Change projects and livelihood projects. He has also developed training manual on DiDRR and Community Based Disaster Management.

She is a proficient trainer on GESI issues and has developed GESI training manuals and pedagogical materials on GESI issues. Having worked with the UN at the national, regional and headquarters levels on GESI issues she is now back home and actively promoting GESI and human rights issues.

Bhattarai is a senior development professional and change management facilitator with 30 years of national and international experience in development and management sectors across Asia and Africa. He is passionate about relief and NGO management works – with expertise in disaster management, action research and facilitating organizational visioning exercises, organizational development, strategic analysis and planning process. He has long standing experience in developing results based monitoring and evaluation systems. He has a Master’s degree in International Management from SIT, USA.
